Since 1975, the NCA has been a pioneer in promoting development that is in harmony with nature. Our beaches in Nosara are part of a National Wildlife Refuge, and we protect 250 hectares of forest in the commercial area under the highest urban pressure. We face these challenges like Sámara, knowing we cannot remain silent.

In Sámara, you are not alone. We will continue fighting for proper regulations to manage growth with even more energy. Today, we call on SINAC and the Municipality of Nicoya to ensure that the decisions made in this case consider all the economic, social, and environmental implications.
